Consult your health care professional and take exactly as directed. This medicine is swallowed whole with a glass of water; and maybe taken with or without food.

Consult a paediatrician for the use of this medicine in children.

If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.

Nausea
Fatigue
Vomiting
Breathlessness
Severe headaches
Change in sexual desire
Mood swings/Depression
Bleeding and/or Spotting
Arm/Chest/Groin/Leg pain
Yellowing of the Eyes/skin
Speech or Vision problems
Breast enlargement/tenderness
Skin rash/Acne/Brown spot(s) on the face
Unusual discharge(breast) or milk production
Severe stomach/abdominal pain or stomach upset
Vaginal infection (Irritation and/or White discharge)
Swelling of the Ankles/Feet/Hands or Rapid weight gain

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Tobacco smoking increases the chance of your having blood clots; you are strongly advised not to smoke whilst on a course with this medication.

Do not treat yourself with any OTC medication without consulting your health care professional.

Keep all appointments with your doctor and all follow up tests.

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Estrace is used in the treatment of symptoms arising from the menopause phase and also in the treatment of breast/prostrate cancers.

Store at room temperature between 59 to 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C), away from heat and moisture.

Depression
Hysterectomy
Vaginal bleeding
Suffered a stroke
Smoker (tobacco)
Blood vessel disease
Blood clotting disorder(s)
Heart/kidney/liver disease
High levels of blood calcium
Fibroids(womb)/Endometriosis
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
High blood pressure/lipids/cholesterol
Breast/Cervical/Endometrial/Uterine cancer
