| Default shipping method uses local Post as a carrier. This method does not offer Track and Trace . Thus querying the progress of delivery is not possible. The delivery normally takes 15-20 working days but might take up to 25 working days in exceptional cases. | 1.Express Delivery : uses EMS to ship your purchase. The delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 working days but might take up to 15 working days in exceptional cases. When your order leaves our warehouse , you will receive an e-mail from Emedoutlet, containing the tracking number of your order. You can track your order on the designated website link provided. |

- In the event that you do not receive your Speedpost order within 15 days of your date of order, you will have the option of getting a reshipment or a refund. However, in case of a Reship, we will not be liable to ALSO refund the EXTRA amount paid by you for Speed Shipping, even though the order has not reached within 7 - 12 business days.

| Returns and replacements. |

| All returns must be made within 10 working days from the day the goods were delivered to you. If you want to return a product, please contact us support.medhubonline.com to receive a RMA number and to get instructions on how to return a product |

| In case of a return under 10 working days through the “Distance Selling Act”, your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive the product back. |

| Cancelling an order. |

| Due to the fact that the logistics company processes orders almost instantaneously, it is not possible to cancel an order. Should you no longer require the product, follow the returns procedure which is explained within the previous point. |
