How to Use Avapro

Take this medication by mouth, usually once daily or as directed by your doctor. You may take this drug with or without food. potassium supplements (e.g., potassium chloride) or salt substitutes.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Keep all appointments with your doctor and the laboratory. Your blood pressure should be checked regularly to determine your response to irbesartan.
