OFLOXACIN is an antibiotic.

Swallow tablets whole with a full glass of water. Take exactly as directed. Floxin can be taken with or without food.

If you experience any of the symptoms listed below or, any other symptoms which are severe call your doctor immediately:
Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
Difficulty breathing or swallowing
Itching
Hives
Pale or dark stools
Blood in urine
Seizures or convulsions
Vaginal infection
Vision changes

Inform your health care professional if you are allergic to cefixime or any other drug. Also keep your health care professional informed about any other medication that you may be taking in any other form.

Cimetidine
Cyclosporine
Diabetes medication
Probenecid
Sucralfate
Theophylline
Vitamins

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Drink plenty of fluids during the course of your treatment with Oflaxacin.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

It is used to treat certain bacterial infections like Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Veneral Disease, Prostate, Skin & Urinary Tract Infections(UTIs).

This medication is sometimes prescribed for other uses. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.

Store at a temperature below 30 degrees C (85 degrees F).

This drug may cause dizziness and lightheadedness.
If you are having surgery inform your doctor that you are taking ofloxacin.
Inform your doctor if you have or have had liver disease kidney disease, epiliepsy, heart disease or stroke, colitis or vision problems.
