Temovate (Generic)

This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as cortecosteroids.

Wash your hands thouroughly before and after application. Use exact amounts as directed. Apply a thin layer to the affected area, rubbing in gently till it is absorbed.

If you are using any other medication for any other treatment, inform your doctor about it, especially if being treated for any other skin or scalp condition.

Contact your local emergency room or 911.

Do not double applications to make up for a missed application.

Clobetasol ointment is used in treatment of skin and scalp conditions such as redness, itching, flaking, scaling.

Do not freeze. Store at room temperature away from heat and light.

This medication is for external use only, if it gets in your eyes or mouth wash out with cool tap water. Not to be swallowed. Do not cover the affected areas with any dressing after applying this ointment.
